Ok...can anyone explain this to me: how can you have a combination microwave and toaster oven?

I saw one of these at Costco the other day and since 1) both my toaster over and microwave were acquired my senior year of college, and were used then and unreliable now AND 2) I need to make counter space for my new mixer...I'm curious about this.
