Look what I did!!!

I went to a hipster crafts fair (which was fun, but VERY crowded and a bit claustrophobic after a while), and ended up not buying anything...but I was inspired to finally follow through on this project I've been meaning to try:



It is cute, comfy, and functional with lots of pockets. It is also likely to fall apart, has lots of visible flaws and seams, and I broke 3 needles on my sewing machine. But I did it! I finally made something out of something else! I'm so thrilled!

I also figured out how to make a new userpic all by myself! I know that isn't much to brag about, but for me getting started on stuff is the hardest part sometimes.

Oh thank you! I'm especially pleased with the hem, which I did without ironing. I'm just pleased I got started...altering clothes has been something I've wanted to do for ages!
