My new skirt has so many great pockets, that I missed a tube of Mac Viva Glam IV. Woe is me...it made it all the way through the dryer before I figured out what that noise was :( A whole load of medium to pale clothing, with steaks of lipstick. And no lipstick left, either. Boo hoo!

Lipstick is the worst! Happened to me as a teen, but only with Maybelline. What a crime to have that happen to your MAC lipstick!

Get some Oxyclean (the real stuff) stat! You can get it most grocery/drug stores. It works great on so many things, I bet if you let your clothes soak in it for a long time, you can get that stuff out (even if it has been in the dryer already). Good luck!

I've done it. Lucky for me, the load the lipstick was in was mostly D's manky old t-shirts. Though I think he's still a little mad at me (he loved some of those manky old t-shirts).

Anyway, super big boo hoo. And I feel your pain.

Well, perhaps it will turn out to be a good thing. I've decided to finally learn how to dye clothing...I'm going to try and make the "ruined" stuff a dark plum. Wish me luck!
