Aren't artichokes gone to bloom amazing? They're huge.

This is the first time I'd seen them. Everyone told me how great they were, but I didn't have the heart to let any from my garden bloom, since I love eating them so much ;)

Me either! I grew some last summer, and people kept asking if I let them bloom...but I prefered to eat them ;)
