slow internet is driving me CRAZY

dirtylibrarianMy internet is going really really slow for some reason. So slow that I am entering things, and then wandering off and doing chores. Hotmail is nearly unbearable. LJ is ok. Google is even painful. I like to imagine that this somehow has to do with the weather being so darned cold.
Perhaps I should restart my computer. Or just get off it all together.
I've resigned myself to the fact that this has been a bad week for motivating to exercise, and am giving myself permission to start fresh Monday.
As I wrote this, my life was saved my a fire alarm. I left a pan boiling too long on the stove, silly me.
